Meet The Team

Mountains in Clouds

Tom Barclay

Company Director
Clinical Case Manager
Specialist Physiotherapist

Tom has spent his career in clinical environments assessing, treating and coordinating rehabilitation programmes for patients following complex

trauma including amputees, spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries.  His experience was gained in the NHS Teaching Hospitals in Oxford and Birmingham in the early years of his career,  following which

he served in the Royal Army Medical Corps as a Physiotherapy Officer.  During this time, he worked with a range of complex, life altering injuries

suffered during the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns; injuries were often so catastrophic that rehabilitation protocols were being designed on a

case-by-case basis.  This period of his career also saw him serve in Afghanistan, where he worked with both military and local civilian populations

injured as a consequence of the war.

It was during his time in the Army he saw the barriers that could be overcome following life-changing injuries with a coordinated and focussed

approach to rehabilitation; a lesson he has taken through his professional life.

Tom has eight years’ experience in case managing individuals with complex care needs, coordinating care and rehabilitation packages, and

continues to work as a physiotherapist managing a small caseload of neuro-musculoskeletal injuries.

Jamie Andrasi

Assistant Case Manager

Jamie Andrasi has been working with TJB Rehabilitation for the past three years as Assistant Case Manager. He offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having worked with mental health needs and specifically traumatic brain injury for over ten years. Jamie has experience working with children, young people and adults.

His career began working within day care centres for vulnerable young people where he gained an understanding of how to interact and support these clients. He then spent time working in forensic secure units where he developed his knowledge base and experience working with extremely challenging behaviours. Jamie describes this experience as fundamental to helping develop his naturally caring demeanour, with the safety of  his clients his first priority.

Jamie is driven by the challenges and obstacles that arise with supporting clients with injury, particularly when he sees the difference that can be made to someones life. He likes to think ‘outside the box’ when supporting and enabling people.

Jamie's broad experience within the field has paid compliment to understanding the client’s point of view which he believes should be at the heart of Case Management.

Jamie enjoys keeping active through rock climbing, cycling and walking.

His leisure time is best spent with his growing family and he looks forward to further developing his knowledge within a field that he has a growing passion for.
